Had to use this emergency vet +1 month ago and the care for our puppy was outstanding. However, the after care/ administration has been lacking. Our puppy is insured and as this was an unplanned vet visit, so we wanted to swiftly put in our insurance claim. While at the practice we informed about how to do this and we were told by the receptionist we had to do nothing and they would take care of it. 1 week later we call back the vet after our insurance has not yet received the insurance form and find out that we had to pay a administration fee for the vet to put in the claim (fee is not the problem - just that we weren't told). 2 weeks later, the insurance company still has not recieved the documents and we call back. They were still not sent through. This happened again for another 3 weeks. The care for our puppy was great but we have been left with a bitter taste in our mouth by how much we had to chase them to send our insurance claim through.

Vets Now couldn't have helped more than they did. The staff were profesdionsl and yet dofriendly even though my dog presented with sickness and tremors and I was very worried, they saw him immediately and made sure I was informed as to everything they were doing for him. My dog had to stay overnight but the lovely team even called me late night to reassure me he was improving. Thanks to Eddie and her team for being there when we needed them.

Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our cherished cat "Angel" on the 7th April. Everyone gave us so much care, compassion and support during this difficult time. The vet Monica and nurses were absolutely outstanding. It's never easy to say goodbye but they helped ease the pain by being so dignified and professional during her passing. Following her passing they allowed us time with her. Also they helped us to arrange her cremation and her ashes were delivered a week later by a truely professional company CPC pet cremations. Many thanks to Monica and both nurses who treated us with so much love and kindness during a very difficult time. Your a true credit to the veterinary profession.
