We needed to use vets now when our cat got pancreatitis and suspected diabetes over the bank holiday weekend. She was very unwell but I believe the dedicated team at vets now saved her life and she got the best care. We got regular calls to let us know her condition and the vets were very friendly. I especially want to thank Jennifer Letherbarrow as she managed to get our cat to eat and made friends with her despite her being a bit difficult. Jennifer was very positive and seemed very knowledgeable. All the vets were great though and we can't thank you enough. We will definitely be using vets now again if we need to.

My cat is registered to a local vet, but they were unable to accommodate him with an emergency appointment. We were given the phone number for the emergency out of hours vets in Oldbury and we were seen the same day after raising concerns about his health. The vet was very professional and helpful, explaining possible causes, and treatment as she examined him. The vet was friendly, approachable and listened to us when we discussed our concerns and worries with her. Overall the experience was good
