Cannot express how grateful I am for the vet and nurse who helped my puppy. She got into my sons Easter eggs and ate the lot resulting in theobromine poisoning. Thankfully she is fine now after treatment but if I had left it longer it could have been a very different story. She is a very timid puppy but they were so patient and kind with her (even though she left charcoal footprints everywhere!) They could not have been kinder, more patient and more animal oriented. I really didn’t care it was more than your average vet visit, after all, they are an emergency vet! they helped me sort my insurance claim too. Thank you so much. Just a quick (but probably unpopular) opinion too….. for those complaining and leaving one star over costs….if you buy a pet that could potentially cost you a lot of money if it falls ill or has an accident, maybe you should consider pet insurance? It’s not expensive and it’s far more responsible to have something you may not need but it’s there if you do.

I could not get through on the phone, it just kept ringing so I took my dog straight to the centre and was seen immediately. Very friendly, caring staff, they even made me a coffee whilst I waited for my dog to be treated. I only gave 4 stars because of the phone issue and the consultation fee of £296 plus medication was a shock but the staff were great and my dog is fit and well.

£292 just to walk in the door at 6.30 pm. £25 to fill in your insurance form. No other choice as in the area this out of hours service has the monopoly. Do not have any NON urgent tests here (obviously if its urgent have them) if not complete any further investigations at a more reasonable price with your own vet. Sad to find the state of animal care in this county at such unethically high costs. Total price just under £400 for an allergic eye reaction.

My cat spent two nights in Vets Now care. Friendly welcoming staff, felt reassured that I was leaving Goblin in save hands. I received phone calls to keep me updated and was given a full account of her stay when collecting her in the mornings. Highly recommend.
