    Veterans UK phone service is absolutely shocking. The options state that most will get you through to a live agent. Utter rubbish. They are all automated and even emailing them doesn't get your query answered! I agree with some of the other comments. No help at all and no wonder people give up!!!

    Have been fighting them over my war pension since 2015. Latest tribunal the VA rep was calling me a lier in tribunal and also on Facebook trying to submit pictures as evidence during the hearing. Should have Veteran struck from the name and replaced with Secutary of State agency. Probably responsible for more deaths amongst Veterans than any conflicts! They should look for reasons to look after us and benefit us rather than look for reasons to not. Disgusting!

    Another unfit-and incapable government department that are simply ruining veterans lives. The incompetence by the majority - (not all) of the clowns employed at this place is shocking to say the least! They are using outdated and poor systems, I am advising all veterans challenging their decisions or making new claims to go with legal advice as they will kill you slowly with negativity and displays of their arrogant and lack of knowledge, it seems they make decisions as they go along on the back of a fag packet!

    Appealed a decision by the veterans uk. Went to the appeals meeting a judge. Corrupt, doctor ? more like Dr doom, service member clueless. After it finished 3hrs later, felt like jumping in front of a train. Someone has to look into the practices of the veterans uk representatives and the panel. Horrendous! Unconscious bias definitely.

    "rubbish" Wanted a mobility form, got two which cannot be filled in online and only half gets printed off to be filled in. Phoning, 'Ha bloody ha!!!!!! phone the Samaratins is the resonse from JPAC Glasgow, why when all I need is a form It took me twenty five years and getting a law degree to get anywhere with this organisation and it has not improved in any shape. Have even sent an email, saying post the bloody form to me, no response. For the record I was invalided from the RN in 1969.
