Weird rules cafe with tasty deserts and nice garden. I came there for an hour to eat lunch and answer my emails on the laptop. They told me that they don't allow laptops. Who cares, if I'm sitting one hour with my laptop or chatting with a friend or looking in my phone. It's totally my business: I order food and generate revenue for the cafe. If you don't like that people sit for a while with a laptop, just limit time as many cafes in London do.
