    Awful attitude, slagged off where I brought my ‘mother of the bride’ dress from. Told me what underwear I would HAVE to wear without question, advised me the quality of the dress is likely to be poor and so it goes on…… this was all before seeing me or the dress. I’m no dress maker or expert in materials but I only wanted a dress taken in and taken up. I felt exhausted after coming off the phone, avoid at all costs!
