I had a very tight move-in deadline, and Niamh went above and beyond to ensure that I could move into my new home within just a week.     I know that Vertus advertisement looks like they are able to provide luxurious properties and luxurious service, but this is completely wrong. Apartments are poorly made and the buildings have huge amount of issue (ig permanent how water outages etc) and the management service is the worst ever. If you think you’ve seen worst service, you are wrong, worst is with Vertus and their “managers”. Moreover they are scamming tenants with incorrect utility bills making them overpay every month (like 1k£ per month for 1 bedroom is some kind of a joke). Avoid at any cost, don't do business with them, you’ll just loose money. This is not just my opinion, it’s common for everyone who rents with Vertus and it is widely discussed in tenants chats.

    Absolutely horrible! Never ever rent an apartment here They won’t make any repairs EVER They will mix up your payments They will increase your rent maybe like 20% every year They will lie to you (there are proofs) Update: Repairs: yes , someone comes to take a look at the problem, but never comes back to fix it. Absolutely NO CHANCE to get anything fixed. We rented an apartment with a broken oven. After a year of your rapid guy chasing we had to fix it ourselves. Which costed us a lot of time and money. 20X5 =100 First year rent was 3800 Does it mean we have to pay 7600 in 5 years? It looks amazing! There are many more disgusting things about VERUS. I had at least 6-7 landlords in my life. VERTUS is by far the worst. Other landlords were actually all great.

    Today is 16th Nov and my move-in date is 27 Oct and I am still waiting for them to get the contract signed. I have never ever had such horrible experiences for renting a apartment. Reference check taking over 2 month. they are ridiculously low efficient for processing the tenancy work. I would describe them as “time waster”with very unprofessional&rude&arrogant people deal with your tenancy. They taking up to 10+ days for reply your email..so..you needs to be extremely patient+strong heart to deal with vertus… Just be careful renting with this company. Good luck

    I have been trying to sort out a 2 bedroom flat at 10 George street and they offered me a flat but then stopped responding and specially Mr Walid is a very very RUDE person. Kept talking over me and highly unprofessional. Refused to give names of higher management. Will recommend to stay away from this company.

    Are you a nerd computer scientist totally unable to cope with the chores of living, as I am? Are you overwhelmed by the stress to move in London? Vertus is the one-stop-only answer for the needs of living. Beautiful apartments, the kindest people at not the most expensive price and zero bad surprises, because luxury is the necessity of a creative (nerd) mind. Cheaper alternatives are not so much cheaper after the due math adding utilities, transports and tax fees, those are just much more inconvenient, considering the commuting time.

    MR WALID JAVAIDI, remember the name. Dealing with him was horrible. He was rude and arrogant and treats potential tenants like they’re not good or prestige enough to live in the development. He literally said that thousands of tenant application get rejected on a daily level due to societal/career level of the applicant. He also made insensitive jokes in terms of my employment status. Stay away from this man, request to deal with another negotiator. I can see from other feedbacks that I’m not the only one complaining about this man.
