As others have said, avoid the service department at this garage. Really poor communication and when I collected the car and asked some basic questions regarding my service plan, I might as well have asked my car for the answers!

Avoid the Service Department at all costs. My husband took our car in for a Service last Friday and we now have to make two additional follow-up trips. Firstly, they completely forgot to do a software upgrade even though they had the car from 8am to 5:30pm so we now need to bring the car back in a few weeks for them to do this. Then secondly we have a warning light on our dashboard that was not there before the service. The warning light states there is not enough oil in our car as they have not filled it up enough so we need to bring the car back so they can put more oil in. Very poor service, I would not recommend. UPDATE at 11 May VW came and collected our car yesterday to do the updates above. We received a call yesterday afternoon saying they may have to keep our car overnight as they were still not able to do the software update during the day. But they said they would ring and let us know. It got to 5pm and we had not heard anything so we rang. No answer from service department and we left an urgent message for a call back. Our car was not returned to us. We have called this morning and again no answer from the service department so we have had to leave another urgent message with reception. We have no idea what is happening, when our car will be returned and nobody will return our calls. *** UPDATE *** Car returned with both issues resolved

I wish I could rate lower. This is for Motability department with worse communication I've seen my entire working career. They can't even give just simple update on an order. Left several messages and emails but yet to receive a response. I would never recommend and nore going back there. Managers are worse than employees

My car went into the body shop after having a car accident. At first the repair wasn’t done to the standards I thought it would so it went back in and was done again with no hesitation. When getting my car back I noticed a chip on my window column, again went back in to be fixed with no hesitation. I cannot speak highly enough of Adam the manager. Nothing is too much hassle for him and he has been more than accommodating with getting my car sorted around me. I will definitely use them again if I need too.
