    An absolute shambles of an operation. I made a factory order for a new A250e Premium Plus back in early 2022 and ordered the four door saloon. The dealership processed my order incorrectly and instead a five door hatchback was built and delivered. Neither the salesman or any one else picked upon this until I was in the dealership on collection day and I was presented with a car I never ordered. I was assured that a replacement car would be built i.e. a 4 door saloon. I've waited 15 months for the correct vehicle to be built and the promises of good will and a generous part exchange on the correct car have evaporated now the vehicle is ready for delivery. What a surprise... The car was poorly handed over with minimal explanation of controls and features. I had to continually chase-up getting the Mercedes Me features working with the App (which have since failed again!) They were clueless about the MercedesMe charge card which I had to spend further time sorting out. I've dealt with 5 different individuals since January 2022. I've constantly had to chase staff up on progress, The dealership can't even service the car properly - they made a mess of the simple task of fitting wiper blades and bent the wiper arms which I then had to take the car back to have rectified. No paperwork was supplied when the vehicle was serviced as the service advisor didn't know how to print this off. An absolute catalogue of disasters. Be very wary about trusting this company. I for one will be avoiding an Vertu Group companies for future purchases.

    We recently bought a new EQA from the dealership. We started off thinking we wanted to buy a low mileage used model but changed our mind along the way and decided eventually to go for a new one instead. There were a few admin complexities in the process as well owing to the car being bought through a company rather than personally. Despite our initial indecision and frequent queries our sales exec, Cora Niven, was delightful and helpful throughout and was always quick to respond to our various requests.

    I wasted a lot of time and money trying to buy from here. Was left waiting at the train station for over 30 minutes despite multiple calls and the dealership being only 4 minutes drive away. Was promised all the issues on the car would be rectified before sale, so I left a deposit. Received a call 1 week later to say the car was ready for collection. So I arrange for payment of the car to be made before I got there. Upon collection it was clear that none of the issues had been fixed properly. Stone chips in the front were mostly untouched, the 2 larger stone chips that they had attempted to touch up were touched up with a darker paint. Same goes for the rest of the bodywork, areas that should have been polished weren’t, paint issues remained unfixed and wherever they did attempt to paint was done in a shade much darker than the rest of the bodywork. I appreciate I was buying a second hand car, but you expect so much better when you spend over £50k Eventually I ended up getting a better spec X5 M50D for the same money from BMW which was actually spotless. They arranged for the whole car to be have a 3 stage paint correction before I collected.

    I booked my car because my AC was not working, after I left it with them 3 hours later they called me and told me that they don't have the specific gas to refill my car. After speaking with them on the phone I was blamed that it's my fault that I didn't tell them what type of gas ( R744 ) I have on my S350d. Although they have all my details they just blamed on me and wasted my day, plus I had to pay taxis from Watford to Aylesburry because they don t have courtesy car. Never again I will go there I advise you to stay away I will also write to Mercedes head office. How is this possible I go to Mercedes dealership to fill the car with freon gas for the ac and they don t have this model, if I was driving Bmw or Audi I would understand but this was Mercedes S350 2019( under warranty )
