Abysmal since taking over from Cooper! Car booked in for service, turned up and they’ve booked it in at a different time than actually arranged. Courtesy car booked, got there to discover they didn’t have any as sales staff had taken them home and they didn’t know when they’d turn up with them. Late for work because of all of this. Not great kiddies!!
