This place is too funny!!! I’m currently waiting for a diagnosis on my vehicle and everyone has been offered a banana and cereal bar apart from me, a young lady has walked around offering everyone and must of looked at me and thought I wasn’t hungry 🤷♂️🤦♂️ Vehicle was brought in for a coolant issue where the bill was very costly only to come back the following day with the same issue and now currently waiting for an answer. Very poor service. However, the gentleman that served me today was a gem and dealt with the matters accordingly, but I ain’t going to lie I could have done with that banana.

Diabolical charged me into 4 £figures, replaced parts that didn't need replacing and never fixed the power drain issue. Then left my car empty of fuel, when I picked up initially thinking the bill was expensive, but vehicle fixed. It was expensive, even worse not sorted, to add insult to injury, I ran out on motorway 2 miles from them, when it was left with almost 50 mile on "range" which was working. I had to call AA. My Range Rover Autobiography V8 Supercharged, is still there "waiting for me to pick up", without sorting issue out, but overcharged me for stuff it didnt need - I could go on, but just makes my blood boil - no one has even tried or wants to. I've had Range Rover and Jaguars for over 40 years and never experienced such poor workshop or CRM service! Whilst my vehicle is "still waiting to be picked up, not fixed and I'm paying for its tax, mot and insurance, not to say the loss of my vehicle!

I have bought 2 vehicles from Land River Nelson now and the service has been fantastic on both occasions. The finance and administration were handled smoothly and efficiently by Tammy and Julien. Obviously build times are lengthy in the current climate but I was regularly kept updated on the cars progress throughout. A special thanks to Josh who made the day of collection feel really special for me and my son. We will definitely be purchasing from Nelson again!

We've had three Land Rover Discovery's over a 15 year period. Discovery 3 and 4 were great cars. Our last Discovery was a complete disaster................Would never buy another Land Rover as long as I live, it's mainly down to very poor customer service and the lack of reliability. We purchased a new shape Discovery from Vertu in 2017. Biggest mistake we ever made. In 40,000 miles through no fault of our own it needed a new engine (2.0 ingenium), new gearbox (clunking and knocking), new diff (started knocking), rear tailgate stopped working, both front electric window motors packed in, had two new head units, shock mount bushes went, inlet manifold cracked and needed replacing, both engine mount bushes starting leaking oil, the list goes on and on. The car was only ever used on the road, well looked after and serviced regularly. Its just the build quality was terrible. Dealer back up was hopeless and they had no interest in honouring any type of customer loyalty or warranty. Before buying any Land Rover do some research on the 2.0 Diesel ingenium engines. Land Rover know there is an issue put pretend their isn't. Customers end up footing the bill for an engine which lasts around 40,000 miles....... Cost from Land Rover approx £10k.
