Very poor service and customer service. They did not test my car before they gave me the car. The only thing that they were concerned about is their money not my welfare for driving a car that was not fully tested and they refused to book my car for further inspection and repairs.

Appalling service, booked the car in 2 months before with a courtesy car, to be told the night before they had messed up and there was no car available, I was told by a voicemail that I could take the car in first thing at it would take 35 to 40 minutes to do the job so I opted to do that, I sent one of my colleagues from work at 8.00am expecting him back at 9.15 approximately, he arrived back at 12.15. Absolutely disgusting service.

Wouldn't recommend anybody buy brand new range Rover every time I give it they give me vechile they charge excess I wouldn't record these people to any one and when u give ur car for something they make sure there fault on car so they could charge to cover the cost go to Mercedes garage they the best thanks this rubbish garage
