Terrible garage very good customer service when buying a new vehicle. After that it goes down hill. Took delivery of New Defender last June after waiting 8 months for delivery. You are provided with one set off keys and have to wait for 2nd set due to chip issues. This car was back in after just a few months due to banging and creaking when braking and turning from the front end. Booked in for fault Garage rang me to say it was my brakes which had worn down. Really on 3000 miles It needed new discs and calipers which I had to wait a week for parts. When the car was eventually ready they had fitted two bolts to the suspension. The brakes had mysteriously healed themselves. But unfortunately the car was back to creaking and banging a short time later. Booked back in because my 2nd keys were ready and for banging to be looked at again. On arrival my courtesy car had been cancelled maybe they expected me to grow wings and fly home. What a wasted day so have to rebook only another month to wait until they can fit me in This will take the time waiting for my keys up to 12 months and my banging to be sorted out. What I now realise is if your car is not brand new you get a nice top of the range vehicle to use in the hope no doubt you will order a new one as you like it so much. If you have a new car and are unlikely to change it for a few years you are given the cheapest car possible they don't need to impress do they. Do not rush with anything else neither because they aren't receiving any money as under warranty. Overall its a shoddy service for a premium car. They cancel appointments the evening before its due you have then taken time of work needlessly. Very Very disappointed customer.
