Vertu chesterfield, from start to finish was an excellent experience. They make you feel welcomed from the moment you enter the building. The staff at vertu sit down with you and go through everything, and don’t pressure you to make a decision, they are honest and will go above and beyond to support you. I would highly recommend them, even after a week of getting my new car they checked in to make sure everything was all okay and that if I needed anything else they would be there to support me.

We've been extremely disappointed with our visits here. Our first visit for warranty work they failed to find a vibration which is fair enough but managed to scratch both rear wheels in the process and we ended up with a paint chip on the passenger rear door. 6 months later service is due and a faulty camera needs attention, also vibration is still present. Tech felt vibration on test drive with us but then said there was no vibration after we left it there Added Aircon service / freshen up and wheel alignment as extras. Charged for both but neither carried out. Vibration is still present at speed and when braking but they're saying they can't feel it. I'd asked them to look into suggested causes. I suspect they didn't do that either based on the other work not carried out that I was actually paying for. Very dissatisfied with the service for a main agent I have no trust in them doing what's asked of them. I won't be returning here.
