    I bought a jaguar recently from this garage and found the service to be excellent. I saw a vehicle on line and following an enquiry was promptly sent a detailed video. The salesman Ranbir was excellent and keeping in touch and providing updates. On the day of collect Tom the sales manager was present and went out of his way to help . Both him and Ranbir made the experience so easy. I was even called the next day to make sure I got home ok with the new car. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

    Absolutely brilliant service from Vertu, due to a couple of issues with the car we originally wanted we ended up having to wait over a month and ended up with a different one. They were very hopnest about the issues though and we ended up getting a car with less miles and they matched the price. Ranbir dealt with us from start to finish and made sure we were fully infomred at all times as to what was happening and even threw in a few extras to get us on the road. Can't praise Ranbir and the rest of the team highly enough

    Ikram, for the second time running, proved to me that he really is "Zaman". I can't speak highly enough about the care he took when dealing with my enquiry, nothing was too much trouble for him to deal with, his main concern was making sure he had a vehicle that fitted my requirements rather than trying to sell something I didn't need or want. We need more Ikram's in the world of car buying/selling, the concentration was always on the building of the relationship rather than selling for the sake of selling, which in turn led to a sale I'm completely happy with and a member of staff in the dealership that I would happily recommend to anyone. Top rated service, keep up the good work!!

    Just bought a used Jaguar E Pace through their Leeds dealership and was looked after by Matthew Withers. From the very start i was very well looked after by Matthew. Nothing seemed too much trouble and he answered all the initial questions i had either there and then on the phone or rang back when the technical guys got back to him. I wasn't a straight forward customer, i'd been looking for a new car for 10 months or so, considering most options in the small SUV category, however between the spec and price of the E Pace and the knowledge and understanding of Matthew i knew i had to at least view this car. I was greeted by Matthew who proceeded to take me out for a decent test drive and again he was extremely knowledgeable about this particular car, he made me feel at ease and i bought the car there and then, picking it up 5 days later. The only slight niggle i had was that we couldn't exchange on a Saturday, a service offered by many of the other dealerships i'd visited in my quest for a new car. I understand that this is a business decision and not a sales person decision, but maybe something to think about in future. Overall a more than satisfactory experience made the better by Matthew and the other members of his team.

    My car went in to be fixed under warranty due to a snapped alternator belt . Evan invoiced me for a new battery £300 even though I argued that it was collateral damage from being flattened during recovery. He was adamant that I had to pay as the warranty wouldnt. Called my old jaguar dealership in Hudds who agreed with me, and called the warranty people for me straight away, who immediately agreed to pay. The car that they gave me then broke down on my way to the dealership due to lack of coolant and by the time I got there at nearly 6pm in a very distressed state, having spent 3 hours at the side of the M62 at 0 degrees temp they had not even washed it despite me calling in the morning to check that it was ready. Just raised the stars to 5 as Paul the service manager has just called me, and completely understood and will be raising as a customer service matter with his team . Brilliant handling of a bad experience. well done and thank you. Mistakes happen and its how you handle them that counts . Paul and Jaguar have been amazing
