I bought a used Mercedes a month ago and it had some minor issues (apple car play port loose, glue residue, parcel shelf broken). I got booked in swiftly and my car was picked up and dropped off from my home during convenient times for me. That’s absolutely brilliant when working from home! My tyre had a slow puncture which they fixed for me free if charge. I spoke to Adam and Natalie who are both very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend them to anyone! Visiting for repairs is a costly affair. I have visited 3rd time with the same fault. Paid £60 in taxis and issue still exist. Courtesy car is not always available and cost £20 insurance however courtesy car insurance from stone are is £7.50? I am sure this is smart way to make customer pay for courtesy cars. I am not at all happy with mechanical competency . My local mechanic picked the fault in 5 min test drive and took me 3 visits to virtue and they could not hear the squeak noise from front suspension and breaks. It is not the same service virtue had few years ago.
