I asked Kevin if he could call and and provide me with a report on the condition of my flat roof. This was required in case I needed to claim for future storm damage. My insurance insisted the roof was inspected after 8 years otherwise it would not be covered on insurance. Kevin sent me his report by e-mail the same day. Now that is what I call FANTASTIC customer service. ☺️👍
