    What can I say - these guys were absolutely fantastic. Our 1200 GSA was giving trouble last Thursday - we live in Essex and were on our way to the Lake District. Long story short, these guys found the problem , ordered the part for express delivery on Good Friday , a mechanic offered to come in and fix it on the bank holiday . They let us have 2 loan bikes (their insurance doesn’t cover pillions) for the night and even lent us a bag to put some overnight things in as our boxes weren’t compatible with the bike we loaned . On Friday the bike was ready and good to go. These guys went above and beyond for us with amazing, friendly, top quality service. We cannot rate you highly enough . Many thanks indeed, you saved our holiday. 10/10

    Hefty bill for change of oil and mot , had to pay for new break resavor top aa cracked and leaking on front break , was OK on 12 mile ride there , sure it was damaged while oil been changed , but couldn't prove it . Plus was told it would be 2 hours so waited for it - 4 hours later bike ready

    Although a lot of the staff have been with the dealership a long time and they are great at what they do, my issue is with Vertu’s method of business. When it was Jeffries you got to talk to who you needed within seconds. Now you’re asked all kinds of questions just to be put on hold and then told they are unavailable.

    I visited Vertu at Shipley having being a bit disappointed by a different BMW dealership. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and listened to what my requirements were and the problems I had encountered. They were just in the process of changing from Alan Jefferies but this didn’t cause any problem at all. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a brand new bike from them which I took delivery of a few days ago. It was delivered to my home, fully fuelled and ready to go. Only the weather stopped me from getting straight out on it. Whist I initially went to the showroom as I was passing in the area all the rest of the process was fine via email and telephone. It all went very smoothly and I’m looking forward to many years trouble free riding. Well done “ Richard “ and Vertu
