We had a family emergency and had to move quickly. Nicco and his team were willing to work on a Sunday without charging extra. They were also very understanding and compassionate, which was comforting during a stressful time. Ivan, the operations manager, was a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with. We were very impressed with our experience with Vertigo Transport, who we hired for our move from London to Birmingham. They were extremely efficient in packing up our flat - all four members of staff were very polite and friendly. There was a problem with a van breakdown en route, but they handled the situation efficiently and got back on track, making up for lost time later. They went above and beyond to make things easy for us and to be helpful - the sofa wouldn't fit through the door, but they worked out it could be taken apart, so did so and then put it back together. One of our desks was already a bit broken but they kindly fixed it for us with some extra screws. They wouldn't let us lift a finger, making moving day really relaxing for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Also - the man I spoke to to get a quote and set up the timing etc. was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you!
