I placed an order & when it was delivered (within the 7 days as promised) it was too small. EVRI couldn't comply with the free returns policy as the returns slip was addressed to France. I contacted vertbaudet & they were amazing & went above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I had already ordered the bigger size so I'm glad all went well lol I love the quality too 👌 would highly recommend.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star at all.. delivery was terrible. Parcel with courier for ages. Requested refund was denied so I got PayPal involved. Was told to wait till the Monday and will arrive soon. Spoke to hermes to said they would look into it. Waited 10 days and item still not here hermes eventually said parcel was lost. Spoke to company and PayPal was awaiting refund. But hermes turned up at door and I refused it cause I waited far too long for items so I had to buy elsewhere and was told the company but the wrong courier number so it was their fault item was lost Definitely don't order from here

Avoid this company ordered over a week ago, asked for an update have been told its not been shipped yet, and won`t be received for another 2 weeks minimum. requested to cancel my order , even though its not been shipped apparently its not possible. The same excuses which have been given to other reviewers 7 months ago about an unexpected delay due to customs was given to me also ,which is suspicious.

AVOID IF YOU ARE IN UK - I wish i had read the reviews. 2 stars on Google and 2 stars on Trustpilot. Why didnt I read them first! Shockingly awful service from Vertbaudet. They take your money very easily, the payment taking process is first class, thats where the fun ends. If you are in the UK, the address format fields in their delivery section does not allow standard UK address formats. Example: (Below is a fake address) Flat 5 Building 21 Heathergreen Rd Bristol Your parcel will be delivered to: 5 Heathergreen Road Bristol. It will never arrive. The delivery company Evri, has a tracking number which says "your parcel is out for delivery" It will be delivered today. You cannot change delivery address on Evri. This same status for 6 days. no delivery. Customer service takes 2 days to respond and they just say "please wait a few more days" I asked vertbaudet to change the address and was told that i couldnt not as it was already out for delivery. I must wait for the item to be fully returned to Vertbaudet before starting the whole process again. So frustrating. 15 days have now passed already and i have no idea where my parcel is. Reading the reviews, some customer had to wait a year for their refund. Do not use this company in the UK.

This company is beginning to feel like a scam, once you place the order and pay it's goodbye, no reply no nothing until it's too late and from what I'm reading in the comments the refunds are not going through as well. My example is that I placed an order and requested by email for a change of colour after 2 minutes of placing the original order, somebody came back to me for about 3 days after they sent the invoice saying it's too late now I have to deal with the courier. So I wont be buying from this place anymore and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Also nobody is answering the phone number they provideon google
