We saw Mr Otana for a procedure for my 4 year old daughter, he put us at ease right away - really professional and friendly, it was a procedure my daughter felt uncomfortable with in the past but he made her feel safe and it was done easily and quickly without any problems! Mr Otana really took the time to answer all the questions we had. We wouldnt go to anyone else. Highly recommend :)

Amazing! I can hear again. I had developed partial hearing loss in my left ear due to ear wax accumulation. It was causing me discomfort from the ringing sound and just not being able hear properly. Tried to get an appointment with other places but none had any booking spaces till June. Called up Verified Hearing and was delighted that I could get an appointment practically any time of the day for various prices. Went for the next day appointment as it was quite late on the day already. I had the ear wax painlessly removed via microsuction. Mr. Otana also put in some olive oil to soften the really hard blogs. After about 30 mins - all the wax had been dislodged and I could hear perfectly again. He also showed me the pictures of my ear before and after. The price is reasonable for a next day appointment. Thanks A++++
