So want this to be my supplier as they are local and it's the sustainable and sensible thing to do. Communication has never been good and customer service and delivery times are really poor compared to another company that I have used. Very very disappointing, so I go elsewhere!

Exactly the same problem as all the other reviewers, avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order on 2nd January, by 12th January still not received any delivery information. I phoned on 12th Jan but they were unable to advise when delivery would be, they said they had a backlog from Christmas and said it could be another 7-10 working days, but couldn't confirm. I cancelled my order and will not be ordering from these again. I wish I'd read the reviews first so that I didn't waste my time.

I ordered on the 20th Nov received no update and calls were not answered for over a week finally managed to through on Friday 1st Dec to be advised they had run out of plastic bags but my order had been upgraded and would be delivered within the week and she would put priority delivery on the order - late but still coming! I have then received an email today advising that there has been a burst pipe at the factory and my order had not been shipped out yet so I won't be receiving anything just a refund in 3 - 5 days! Absolutely disgusting service and customer service would never use again as don't believe they even had the pellets in when I placed the order

Absolutely bloody awful service, time after time they have failed to deliver, with excuses of the couriers being at fault, I call the couriers and they have not notified to pick up the late pallet of heating pellets, passed from pillar to post, constantly late with deliveries, and the packets of pellets have bits of logs in them that WILL damage your boilers ogre feed. Terrible customer service and their chosen couriers are simply the same, buyer beware.

Customer service was very poor, damaged goods and absence of any interest in an atrocious delivery which was unsafe. We can't use Verdo anymore because of this.

Wow shocking customer service. I placed an order for a pallet of wood pellets on the 30th of October - Having heard nothing up to today the 7th of November I gave them a call. Just been told due to their incompetence that I can expect to wait another 7 to 10 working days for delivery! I urge anyone looking to get their heating pellets in a timely manner to look elsewhere. Awful customer service!!
