    I have tried to cancel the service on a number of occasions as the costs sky rocketed (to over £30 per short call). 5 months later I still continue to receive invoices. It feels as though it is not a customer focused service but a fraudulent service that behave like all the big companies in making it difficult and expensive to leave. I have given them multiple opportunities to correct the situation, but there is a high level of staff turnover and rarely get to speak to the right person. BE WARNED.

    We are a specialist florist and strive for perfection and look for suppliers with similar aims. Verbatim has been an integral part of our customer service team for three years and I am not sure how we would manage wih out them now. Having an efficient phone answering service allows us increase our productivity, as when the florists are busy they find it very distracting to answer phones and design/make up high quality arrangements at the same time. They receive immediate emails from Verbatim of messages taken and can prioritise their tasks during the day. The message emails are an accurate trail and they become part of our order taking system. This so much more efficient than taking written messages over the phone in a busy and noisy shop environment. Our customers are quite used to Verbatim answering their calls and know they get a call back from us at the appropriate time. Many thanks to Nick and his team for improving our productivity and customer service whilest reducing the stress during hectic periods.
