    Would give them no stars if possible. Easy place to get a job, however there isn’t much skill in the company. You are passed from pillar to post with adhoc tasks to do - reason being they don’t have the systems and the ability to forecast what an individual role needs to do. Management aren’t clued up with processes, the services provided are mis sold. There are senior employees teaching their manager the role, systems and duties. If you are not in the operations side of the business then you are just a number. It can be like being in high school, shouting at your employees? That’s new right? yes it happens. Salary has no relation to the amount of work that is piled up on the staff.
