Friendly staff so that's a plus but really disappointed that the Tetra Pak bins are not emptied regularly....will have to travel to other side of Birmingham and go to Tyseley instead which really is not acceptable

Visit to tip straight forward and efficient. Booking system seems to work well. Generally having a slot booked seems better than the previous turn up and go when ofter large queues were experienced.

Well organised, lots of staff and easy to navigate. Surprised by how small the area is for the skips, but all clearly marked for cardboard, electronic, etc. Separate area on the way out for larger electricals and light bulbs
