Highly recommend for your move. Firstly Lauren at the office was so helpful and accommodating with sorting out my booking, as I couldn’t confirm the date until the last minute. She replied promptly to all my queries and addressed any issues I had. I have used Veo moves twice now and the movers turned up promptly and just got the job done efficiently and professionally. Everything was packed up with care and they were quick. They really helped make the move as painless as possible. Moved (29/4) from Sittingbourne to Minster with Frankie and Bill. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Hardworking, polite, friendly and helpful which made what could have been a really stressful day a lot more relaxed. Turned up without any tools even though I'd told them furniture needed dismantled. Had to use my manual tools (which luckily I'd left unpacked!), which was slower than they would have been with the correct equipment. Some furniture was damaged and while I'm not upset at that as I know these things happen, I am angry that they ignored my emails about using the insurance they advertised having to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the items. They have just not answered my contact attempts repeatedly.

Had the amazing Connor and Frankie complete our move today, friendly and very good humoured, careful and respectful of our property, and managed to fit a very large sofa that we were all convinced wouldn't fit. The effort these guys put in and the speed they competed the move left me astounded. I will be recommending Veo to everyone from now on. Great price also.
