While the product purchased was fantastic I feel the customer service let them down badly, my order was taken and told it would be 10 to -12 days after 2 weeks I called and told of a slight delay . I don’t 12 weeks is acceptable and when questioned they couldn’t tell me where my order was?????? This really put my project for the summer way back and caused knock on problem with trades so not too happy

Venus Stone supplied our pavers for the back garden revamp that we carried out on our new property.. On arrival we were shown around the showroom and given advice by Jo on the different options, quality, price, colour and sizes. Advice also given on what suits different patios and garden sizes along with the grout and edging bricks that would best accompany the pavers. Very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Would recommend a visit, especially if you need guidance. Great on cost too!
