Thank you so much to Megan - I cannot recommend VenueScanner enough - it was a perfect service for organising a big event - we didn't really have much time left to sift out which venues had availability for our 120+ people event in Sheffield and Megan did all of this for me, allowing me to just choose from ones I knew were suitable and available. Also liaising with the venue directly for us took a lot of the hassle out of it, and the website is very user friendly and clear to see which enquiries are open or closed. And no charge at all! I highly recommend.

She provided me with a PowerPoint deck of possible locations, including photos, pricing, and room layouts, which was incredibly helpful when showing other colleagues the options available to us.
