Need to take my bed over Venue 23. Approx 900 capacity with an intimate feel. Well maintained, yay .. clean toilets too👍. Yes, the floor can get a bit sticky as patrons partake in more alcohol, as they do ha.. but staff are always quick to clean up the best they can. Tribute bands of all genres to suit all tastes. Ticket prices range from £6 +. Night and afternoon events are on offer, as are opportunities to book for functions of your own (just ask the staff for details). Audience participation, singing out loud and dancing is encouraged though if you want to be more reserved, that's ok too. The owner Karl warns up the crowd with renditions of Jovi, Freddie and others...very impressive too and also open to song suggestions😁 All the other staff are amazing. Always efficient and ready to help when they can. They make you feel a part of the family. Drink prices are resonable and better than some larger venues. Come along and give it a go. Any questions you need addressing..ask Karl. Hopefully you'll leave feeling you've spent a great night/afternoon out with family and friends. Well done guys ..keep up the fantastic work you all do. It really is appreciated

Very, very,very, very LOUD. No chance to have a conversation with your friends at any stage because, when the act, Queen, finished the set, the compare/DJ put music on very, very, very LOUD to stop all that. Drinks very cheap in an array of none matching, plastic beakers. We didn't stop after first set, as an overweight, incredibly average Freddy, (who didn't remember all of the words), wasn't worth the wait. Lead guitarist in all fairness was amazing. Needs to be in a much higher level band. I'll give it another go and see if it improves. 😳

Had a fantastic afternoon for the Janet jaye motown experience The dj played great northern soul and motown in-between sets it was fab been in somewhere that felt like a night club but in the afternoon not over busy just right plenty of room to dance will be telling all our friends defo coming back well done kj and staff we had such fun 🙂 Kath bell and friends

Went with friends to see a Foo Fighters tribute band , who were fantastic, and also got to see an Alanis Morissette tribute too. The venue is well placed in the centre of Wakefield with good parking close by. There is good access to the venue. They have a great selection of tribute artists throughout the year . We'll worth a visit.
