We held a thank you party at The Venue for our amazing volunteers. Everything ran very smoothly and Hina and Karen were really friendly and very responsive to any queries we had. We used the downstairs space and it was a perfect mix of formal and relaxed seating. I would highly recommend!

We had our wedding reception here and it was amazing. The entire process was extremely professional, and the price they charged was good value for the level of service you receive. The intial enquiry and meeting was easy to book and Karen was very friendly and covered all of the relevant information and more. The correspondence and planning stage inbetweem with Karen and Hina afterwards was again very easy, they were responsive and keen to entertain any ideas we had. An extra mention for them being super helpful and accessible was allowing us to drop off some items before the event set up and to leave some items behind to be picked up the next day. We got the impression that where feasible and agreed, they would do just about anything to help. The event itself was incredibly well managed, the lovely staff led by Shay followed all instructions beforehand to the last letter but were also flexible enough to accomodate us when timings were altered last minute. The bar and door staff were very good natured, welcoming and friendly even when the drink count and the music levels increased, and they seemed to be having a good time whilst working their shifts. The Venue itself (we booked the lower floor) is a great space to have a party, it is spacious, with plenty of seating arrangements and enough decorations already up and included that meant we didn't have to stretch ourselves too much when it came to adding finishing personal touches to the surrounds and tables. We also looked at their middle and top floors which also looked fantastic in their own ways. We would strongly recommend that if you are looking for an attractive event space ran by professional and good personable people then you need to speak to Karen and Hina. Kieran & Jess

Very helpful owners happily accommodated everything needed for a successful party for c90+. On the night, staff efficiently endured guests were welcomed, served and the dance floor cleared for dancing - duty manager was phenomenal. Great venue, great people, opens until 3am.
