If it was marked on customer service, professionalism of the studio and the staff we would mark it five stars easily. However, the price was extortionate, we expected to pay a decent amount but it was over double our top end estimate of what we should pay, and what other friends and family members have paid at other studios. On top of this, our package included a usb stick with our pictures on, the quality of these images where definitely not what was expected. Even to use as a phone background or desktop background image they are blurry, fuzzy and unclear. Our photos we have are beautifully printed, the framing is excellent, we have happy memories now to look back on, but still can not get over the price.

We received a voucher for a free shoot and print after purchasing a VW through Maidstone VW. We booked for a family shoot with our two children (9&13). May and Gigi made us feel so welcome and at ease from the very first point of contact t right through the shoot and to the point of us leaving. Really was a fun yet so relaxed atmosphere - we cannot wait to view out photos! Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for. We’d highly recommend this studio and service for family photography ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fantastic experience at our photoshoot, from the warm greeting at reception being shown the albums to look at styles we might want to try, to our actual shoot with May. May made us feel really comfortable and relaxed and made it a really special memory for us as a family. Today we sat down with Izzy to choose our photos, he explained our options clearly and he did his best to come up with something we could afford so we could keep our memories forever and have something beautiful for our home. The slide show that had been created for us was brilliant and choosing photos was great fun with his help and expertise. We can't thank the team enough for a wonderful experience. We will be back to make more memories as our family grows, if you're thinking of having a shoot done, these guys are the people for the job!

Our experience was so amazing from the minute we stepped foot into the studio, being offered drinks and browsing their previous work, to the actual shoot with Jess. I absolutely couldn’t be more over the moon! Our experience with Jess couldn’t have gone more perfect if we tried. She was attentive to all our needs and was very patient with my sen son. She took a beautiful combination of solo, group, fun and serious photos and really captured the dynamic of our family. My partner wasn’t too keen for an photoshoot but Jess made him feel comfortable and confident and by the end of it he was loving it. Our photos are absolutely perfect and personally had me in tears. Call me biased, but they’re the most beautiful photos ever and our generally unphotogenic family looked properly put together. Thank you to venture photographers for working with me to build a bundle that worked for my price point and affordability leaving me able to having these lasting memories.

Venture Photography contacted me since i was pregnant about my free photo shoot… I said i am not ready yet, then keep calling every few weeks, even i said i will get in touch when ready. I just had a baby not funcy photo beeing taken atm. I blocked your number to stop calling me up… Few weeks later i am getting a letter and brochure from you then another one… This is so annoying. I think let people decide if they want to youse the “free” vouchers instead of keep bothering mums with newborns!!
