My experience with Venture Studio during a baby to bump photo shoot left me feeling completely misled and deeply disappointed. From start to finish, they demonstrated a lack of transparency and played with my emotions, resulting in wasted time, effort, and a sense of profound letdown. The first red flag arose when I realized that Venture Studio had intentionally concealed their pricing until the very end of the second part of the photo shoot. It was only because I specifically asked about the prices that they reluctantly revealed them. Even then, they attempted to evade my questions, claiming they had various packages to choose from. It was a clear attempt to keep me in the dark and spring the shocking prices on me during the viewing session. I had purchased a voucher through Virgin Experience, assuming that it would cover two photos and reasonably priced digital versions, possibly around £200. However, I was in for a rude awakening when Venture Studio demanded a staggering £900 for just the digital copy of the photos. Astonishingly, their other packages ranged from a few hundred pounds to a whopping £2,000. This sudden and extreme jump in pricing was both outrageous and unjustifiable. The way Venture Studio manipulates customers' emotions, particularly during such a precious time as a baby to bump photo shoot, is truly disheartening. As first-time parents, we cherished the opportunity to capture these special moments professionally. Unfortunately, Venture Studio shattered our expectations and left us with nothing but disappointment. We had refrained from taking our own photos, believing that we would have beautiful images from Venture Studio. Regrettably, that was not the case. To add insult to injury, we invested additional time and effort by purchasing specific outfits for the photo shoot, despite living a considerable distance away. This meant wasting even more precious time and resources due to Venture Studio's misleading practices. It is disheartening to think that we could have found alternative photography studios offering a much more reasonable package, including 4-8 printouts and digital photos, for a fraction of the price, ranging from £300 to £450. In light of my experience, I strongly discourage others from choosing Venture Studio for their photography needs. Their deceptive practices, lack of transparency, and exorbitant prices are a disservice to customers seeking a quality and honest experience. Save yourself the disappointment and explore other reputable studios that prioritize customer satisfaction and fair pricing.

Many of the photos were over edited unfortunately, and despite offering an upgraded image from 7x5 to A4 when I made the booking, the team had no record of this and wouldn’t honour this. Overall considering the prices they charge for the images, I wouldn’t recommend going here, I would recommend choosing another photography studio.

I have left messages with the Birmingham, London and Leamington branches and have not had any communication back. I'm assuming I was falsely informed of our winning as it has been radio silent from the company since. I have sent another email over today asking for confirmation.
