Really disappointed that they don't offer the range they advertise. I've long planned to have family photos at Venture because of a stunning black and white portrait they used to have out front. I then got a free studio sitting and thought it was my chance. Three - THREE - phone calls and a questionnaire ensued, in which I repeatedly talking about wanting a black and white, not silly but sophisticated family portrait session. On arrival we repeated this and my husband's exact works were 'we don't want to be rolling around on the floor tickling each other'. Within minutes, she asked us to get on the floor. And tickle each other. The whole shoot was super silly - jumping, cat walking, piggy backing. Time was running out and we kept asking about what we wanted. They managed about two photos. The final results were exactly what we'd repeatedly said we didn't want and the two shots we actually got weren't very nice at all. We expressed our disappointment and were told 'this Signature style is what we do here'. If that's the case, surely that should have been made clear to us in any one of the THREE phone calls, the questionnaire or with the photographer!? And why do they show you the other styles if they're not going to be willing to do them? We bought nothing. Was not even tempted by the photos we were shown. They offered us another shoot but honestly, if you can't get the message across in that many interactions, I'm not going to waste any more of my time. We were all really disappointed. Utter waste of time, only go if you want the same white backed, colourful and silly portraits that everyone else has. In reply to the comment - WHY did you repeatedly tell me over and over again that what I wanted was achievable? WHY bother with three phone calls and a questionnaire if you only do ONE style? WHY have four styles on your wall if you don't offer them?

Viven-was such an amazing experience. Got a photoshoot done for my 8 week old baby boy and he loved it. He was unsettled at first and Viven settled him so quickly. He just glared at her the whole time loving the shoot. 101% recommend!
