Extremely unhappy with their conduct and 'overtures' made ..... 1/12/2020 19:08 given the recording of a call (call initiated by VBM) that took place this evening we are very surprised at VBM reply. Despite the recorded evidence in respect of Venture Block Management representatives conduct; we accepted their apologies (also recorded) and in turn our assurance was provided that the recording would not be passed on to authorities. We considered this matter closed. The response from VBM demonstrates that the review is accurate and further the call recording will now be retained and legal advice will be taken
