i worked here for a year and it was so bad. the first manager i had was good but then we got a new manager and she was rude and very passive aggressive and unhelpful where i would just have to ask another manager for help. they need to be trained again and to train the employees

Went for an interview in 2015 and another in 2017... Both Times I was told I was successful for the role but then they never followed up - even after being chased.

It's within 2 mins walk of public transport.. Which saves lot of valuable time.. They are flexible to agents needs and unlike other local call centres take time to help agents to get it right, so if you want a easy place to get to with nice people then go for it 🙂 great for new to call centres and people who are sick of the rat race of London.
