We were let down big time by another company after having plans drawn up, planning permission sorted kitchen etc sorted paying out £4,000 and the promise of our dream extension/kitchen. Unfortunately as I say we were let down and extremely upset and disappointed. Nervously and guarded we contacted Martyn from Ventana to give us a quote for an extension. We were very nervous and suspicious as you can imagine!! But thank goodness we did choose Martyn, not only a great guy but an absolute professional! Martyn was with us all the way everything promised was delivered nothing was to much trouble, even when we had a minor issue he travelled to us from Doncaster even though the issue turned out not to be! We are absolutely over the moon with our extension and glad we we ahead with Martyn. Also Matt who actually built the extension was fantastic, as was the plasterer. We would highly recommend Martyn and his team, thank you for helping us complete our dream!!

We had nine windows and a French door fitted and are really pleased with the result. They look amazing and have transformed the house. We had a small problem with a French door handle but this was promptly fixed. However, it all went downhill with a Stable door. The fitting of the door is great but the wrong colour (should have been Rosewood to match the windows, but was Dark wood). We were told this is how they come and the owner was very reluctant to correct it until we had to get quite forceful with our request to change it.!! So we now have another 6 to 8 week wait for another door and because the fitting of the replacement door is on hold the trim and fillers haven't been fitted, leaving gaping holes between the frames and wall. In addition there is a major security issue with two thumb turn locks - great for a quick exit but great for burglars too. The glass in the top half of a stable door could be smashed and a quick turn of the thumb turn and they're in. Far too easy to break in.!! I doubt our insurance company would pay a claim seeing this. This should have been brought to our attention earlier before fitting. Hopefully, this will all get sorted and I can amend this review.
