I purchased a fan and paid for it to be installed by an electrician on a house with a full re-wire. The electrician found when the switch live was connected, it would short the circuit. He left it installed but explained that it's faulty. I contacted the seller, who said I'd need to have it un-installed, sent back to them, refunded and a new one sent out and re-installed. The cost of the two electrician's visits would be more than the cost of the fan. So I contacted Vent-Axia who said go back to the supplier. Both the supplier and manufacturer were really unhelpful.

Installed their unit less than a year ago. At first, it's fine but it started to have loud noise several months after installation. We asked them for support but they need us to provide further details. After providing the information they need, they still refuse to come to check the unit. Though it is still under warranty, they need to charge £120 for a visit! Bad product and service! Avoid this company at all cost!!

Really pathetic unusable app on apple iphone. It was already unstable and one had to get an android to start the setup; however, the new app has rendered the configuration of my supposed smart ventilation unit to be impossible. The sentences in the app fall off the screen so you can’t read what you are adjusting. The settings themselves are vague. The dark text is also on a dark background. Who on earth would design software like this? We are unable to optimally configure and control our unit. Advice: please look into 1) quality control 2) customer centered design 3) UX design

Really bad. Have been trying to book in a service for weeks and they don't answer the phone. I eventually got through and was told that someone would be in contact in the next week to book in the service - 2 weeks later & no contact. I've phoned to chase a few times over the last few days and it just rings out, I had a reply to an email but this didn't make sense and I'm no closer to booking in a service. £180 they want to charge.

Poor customer service. They did give me advice. And that advice was _ To go and speak to another company about there products. What a bunch of plums. VENT AXIA get a grip of your business. Poor CS will hurt your business and reputation.
