Last night we decided on getting a takeaway delivered as me and my partner hadn’t seen each other much over the weekend, we opted to try Venezia pizza as it looked like a good option, bad choice on our part, it came fairly quick as we don’t live far from the restaurant, immediately one of the pizzas we had ordered was wrong, neither of us could eat it as I’m very allergic to pineapple which was one of the toppings, if my partner had eaten it without knowing I could’ve ended up in hospital, we rang up and the guy on the phone basically tried to say he made it and it was correct, it was delivered wrong, which is fine, but then he expected us to go to the restaurant to get the right order, and said they couldn’t refund the delivery money, I get it but it was raining, my partner couldn’t eat until at least 30 minutes after I’d eaten mine and in the time he’d walked to the restaurant and got back, his chips had gone cold too, THE PIZZA MY PARTNER COLLECTED WAS SOAKED BY TIME HE GOT BACK ASWELL AND I HAVE THE PHOTOS. now, you have a delivery driver, YOU delivered the WRONG pizza and that’s not for your customers to rectify, it’s for YOU to sort, you should have asked the driver to collect the wrong pizza or even the whole order and delivered the correct one as it was YOUR FAULT, will not be going here again and if anyone does then you’re silly, will be recommending my friends and family NOT TO GO HERE, I wish we’d read the reviews, AVOID!!!!!

Crust on both pizzas were burnt the toppings were extremely burnt we rang them and told them about the issue they said that’s how they make it and I proceeded to tell them the whole pizza is burnt they said the manager will be out in ten minutes. After waiting 20 minutes we rang them back they made a crackling sound with there voice and then hung up the phone very poor service horrible food and extremely rude staff
