Our company has just come to the end of a very long contract with a big named firm who were completely awful and poor in every department. We couldn’t wait to sever ties and started the hunt for newer coffee machines for a better price and a better contract all round. We got 3 quotes in, as usual, and chose Vendingsense. One of the deciding factors was the cost, obviously, but not just the cost. Joseph was the first guy I met from Vendingsense and I immediately hit it off with him. He didn’t try and oversell, which can be very annoying. He listened to my requirements and then put forward 2 machines that would be perfect for our company. It was a no brainier as to who we would choose as Joe and Vendingsense ticked every box for us. The new machines have been in place for a month now and we couldn’t be happier with them, the coffee and the overall service, and the drinking chocolate is ridiculously lovely as well. My entire company loves the new machines and the huge range of drinks they dispense. Joe and his company have kept in touch throughout the whole process and made us feel looked after, even after we signed the contract with them. I would have absolutely no issues recommending this company at all. If you’re looking for a new machine or machines, from a brilliant company that really does put the customers needs first, then look no further than Vendingsense and give Joe a call. All staff very helpful and give very quick responses to any queries. The machine works great, we had one issue at the start and they were able to get someone to fix it straight away. They also made a mistake and charged us for something but they instantly rectified it when I emailed. I would recommend.

I'm unable to reply to your comment on my review. Your reply contains inaccuracies but considering the experience we had with you, that isn't surprising. Regarding general service, do your improvements mean a customer can get a call back now when they complain about continued wrong and incomplete deliveries? I tried for months with no luck. And please don't exaggerate. The part did not work for 'nearly a year' with no issues. It was installed in September and caused the huge leak in early May and we're told it was probably leaking to a lesser extent before completely failing. Your company very quickly quoted the small print and have left me £100's out of pocket because you think it's ok for me to pay the excess and increased premiums for a fault caused by your installation (your engineer told me it was not installed correctly). We'll have to close for a few days so it's not just the cost, it's the stress and damage to business. And to top it off, today you're chasing me for a £100 invoice for goods received that were wrong! Awful company, just awful.

I wished I'd never got involved with this company; it's cost us £1,000's and so much upset. A few months after the coffee machine was installed, we stopped using them for consumables as almost every order we received was wrong and I couldn't get a call back from a manager to find out why the service was so bad. (We've since discovered the products are available cheaper on Amazon with no delivery charges or minimum order.) But worse was to come... We walked into our shop six months after they'd installed the coffee machine to find our whole shop floor flooded!! Long story short, they're saying the equipment failed and it's tough luck on us. (We believe it was installed incorrectly but that's ongoing.) When asked about the cost of all the damage they quoted the small print in their contract and said they're not paying anything towards it and to claim on our insurance. I explained that means us paying the insurance excess and also increased premiums for something that happened entirely because of them installing their machine and they replied saying they've 'closed the ticket' on the incident. We're still pursuing it and hoping they reconsider their attitude of 'tough luck'. Obviously, bearing all this in mind, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Nor would two managers who work in my businesses who said (pre-flood) that they'd never known such bad and incompetent customer service. I have emails and texts proving everything written here. Avoid this company - unless you thrive on stress.
