Wanted a cone with 2 scoops. They wouldn’t serve me a small, said I’d have to get a large cone even though I only wanted two scoops and pay the higher price. Makes no sense.They were also out of all flavours. Staff were unhelpful

I like “Venchi” very much, because here I found my favourite ice-cream, which I can’t find in each country. I had found this place in Richmond and then I find “Venchi” near me. Both my “trip” were wonderful with good service. I don’t know the name of worker, who made me ice-cream yesterday, but thanks!
