I was attracted to this shop because there are some beautiful clothes and accessories inside. However, when I browsed for 15 minutes the assistant/owner? remained on the telephone for the whole time, talking about some soap opera involving cats and didn't once acknowledge me or put the phone aside. Shame really because there were a few purchases I would have made, but felt quite unwelcome. Thought that I should give the feedback not to moan, but to hope that you may adjust your customer service.
