Great service. The team there were very knowledgeable and helpful when asking for advice on a bike and when I had a seeping calliper, they swapped it over for a new one with no fuss! All in all highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Bought a Brompton at this shop and had a problem with my gears, which needed some adjustment to work properly. I felt like I was really bothering them, the repair guy wanted to keep the bike a few days "until he might get around to have a look at it". Instead I went to the Brompton shop in Covent Garden, the friendly guy downstairs fixed it in 2 min with no charge AND a smile. What a huge difference in customer service!!

Hopeless from the moment I collected my pre damaged bike to a year on. Tried to book a service but they stopped bothering doing them. They offered to ship it to Hackney or Islington but they would have to have the bike for a week. Not impressed at all.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I am new to the Brompton bike world so arriving at the Velorution - Chelsea Store was a great experience. From Jake greeting me, answering my one hundred million questions, to adding and changing accessories on my Brompton to pumping up the tires. Jake is an asset to the business with his product knowledge, safety first attitude and excellent customer service. If anyone out there has questions or thoughts about buying a Brompton or electric bike, get yourself down to Velorution -Chelsea the store design, layout and bike selection is top. JAKE, I left the shop and cycled for an hour around London. I lOVE IT!!! Thomas
