We rented a home in London through VRBO with Veeve. The experience was wonderful! The home was exactly as expected from the photos and listing. We contacted Veeve in advance to see if we were able to check in early and they responded quickly. We were a bit late to check in due to a delay at the airport. They responded right away and were so accommodating and kind. They sent an email prior to us arriving with information about the house and recommendations of local stores and eateries. They made our trip very comfortable. We did not need to contact them during our stay as everything with the home was perfect. The check out process was very easy. We followed the checkout instructions that were emailed to us a couple of days before we left. We would totally rent with Veeve again and recommend them to everyone!

We arrived an hour before our check in time, and we allowed to meet our greeter at the flat to check in. The flat was clean and stocked with toilet paper and towels. (FYI - they do not supply face cloths) They left manuals for the appliances, and being from the US, we needed them to figure out how to use the microwave and washer/dryer. All appliances were in working condition, however the freezer needed to be defrosted as we couldn’t use the drawer since it was iced over. The neighborhood is close to shopping and the Mile End station, plus several bud stops in case the tubes are on strike. There is a lift in the building so climbing steps in not required. We were send instructions for checking in, provided the Wi-Fi password and notes for what to stay out of in the home that belonged to the owners. It was not advertised in the listing but they do have a washer/dryer in the kitchen and a hairdryer was also provided. Check out was arranged a couple days beforehand and went off with perfect timing. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

Our flat was outstanding. Immaculate, comfortable beds, great showers, spacious, well appointed. Perfect for a couple and one other. Great, quiet neighborhood. Right around the corner from a small high street and a five-six minute walk to a larger high street with Boots and moderately large Sainsbury Express. Very close to Warwick Tube on the Bakerloo Line. Would gladly return. Finally, Veeve is an outstanding rental agent. Attentive to our every need. Quickly response. Will definitely use them for future bookings.

Our apartment at Howard building was lovely. Definitely 5 star - so lovely to have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely kitchen and Lounge/dining room. It’s a great location and the Veeve team were so nice and helpful making our stay so nice. I would highly recommend staying here

DO NOT do business with this company. I booked our family vacation with them months in advance. Docusigned the lease agreement. Did verification through Superhog. All passports and DOB of my children included. They cancelled our reservation 4 days from check in because the property does not accept children. This was not stated when I booked the property. They also allowed this booking. The entire situation has to be illegal and fraudulent. We were left with no place to stay. They ghosted me with a form letter email response and didn’t return my call. They have refused to refund the damage waiver I paid for through Superhog at their recommendation. The amount of stress they have caused me is unforgivable. They have ruined our vacation. Please do not use them. They are not trustworthy. Thankfully I paid through Plumguide. I will have to file a fraud claim with Amex to try to get my damage waiver refunded. Total mess.
