Claire, Ali and Bart at Vetted were excellent and so helpful and job on my Tesla was finished ahead of schedule and the car look amazing, unlike another Tesla bodyshop in Dorking who I had gone to in December that were terrible, unhelpful with the car coming back worse than when they took it, yes it was driven 200 miles. Veetec however arranged flat bed truck collection, their online portal lets you see how far they have got on your car and when it should be ready, I can not fault Veetect of Aldershot Service: Body & Trim

I had an RTC in early Jan and as it was my first the whole experience was new to me. You’re given an online portal login to check in on your cars progress along with weekly calls. Unfortunately, the information provided by these two services was inconsistent and contradictory. After a few weeks, I received my car back (although the suggested date was moved, missed and then moved again - causing a few hours on the phone to the insurance company to extend the hire car). The car was not completely repaired, despite Veetec claiming it was. In addition to this, there was new damage on the car - a sizeable 6 inch scratch on the opposite side of the car to the collision. After a few weeks of consistent back-and-fourths (and hours spent on the phone to the insurance company), finally Veetec yielded and offered to pick the car up. Again, communication was extremely poor and they missed their pickup date. This was problematic as i was going on holiday and didn’t have private parking - so a full week of paid parking at my expense resulted. More complaints upon my return (and hours with the insurance company) ended up in the car finally being collected. I’m in the fortunate position where I own a car that can be tracked, with pinpoint precision. This certainly didn’t help my patience, but it did help explain the significant delay in having the car returned. Veetec were lazy, and clearly a customer complaint is not a priority to them. The car barely moved for two weeks, before I decided to call them for an update. Suddenly, some activity, the car had moved inside their facility. I was told the car would be inspected, worked on, and returned to me within two weeks. During this time, I received weekly updates (that didn’t explain any work being done to the car - backed up by the fact it hadn’t moved again) and the frustratingly poor accuracy of delivery dates. A month passed, and the only reason I received my car back was because I opted to call them. Again. My car was finally returned… All fixed? Yes. In the condition I sent it in? No. There was marks (like paint specs) all over the right rear quarter of the car. I was fed up at this point, so took the car to the local car wash to have these marks removed. They wouldn’t budge. It’s now been a further month since the above. I’ve escalated the issue internally as far as I can. The manager refuses to reply to my emails or call me. In terms of trying to right the wrongs, I am out of options. The advice I’ve been given by the garage is extremely poor, as was the service. I seriously would not recommend. In fact, avoid. If your car ends up going to Veetec through an insurance claim, you’re s__t out of luck. Make sure you take pictures before and after - not that Veetec will give a damn. But at least you have the memories. Right? Service: Body & Trim
