Needed some work doing, left message through their website. After no reply I phoned them, and explained what I was after. I got told they were extremely busy and wont be able to be seen by anyone till next week. So I said thats ok, can you tell me exactly when next week? To this question I just got a lot of mmmm and aaahh which gave me the impression they didn't want the work. I asked him if they didn't need the work then just say so and stop wasting each others time. To which he replied yes thank you. hahaha

We have a highly efficient domestic hot water system for our house in Seaview, which unusually uses a "reverse" deep freeze system. Two panels on the roof correspond with the icebox in a freezer. These collect heat from the atmosphere, and the heated wires normally at the back of the "freezer" are located in the hot water tank. After ten years of totally trouble-free operation, the system failed. As the house was full with guests we needed help immediately. Will Overton reacted with great speed and efficiency, located the source of the problem in a system he had not seen before, fixed it and within 3 hours of his arrival had the system working again.
