I recently bought 2 penn rival fixed spool reels..after fishing with them i noticed that 1 had a faulty backwind...i contacted vmo who promptly sent me a freepost label to send the reel back ..it was sent on tuesday thursday i recived a phone call saying that they had got my faulty reel and were sending a replacement witch i recieved on the friday ...top class after sales guys thank you very much....

made a order on line phoned and spoke to vicky this morning just to make sure it went through OK, it didn't which is my fault so vicky sorted out what I wanted can only thank her for excellent service sent me my tracking details looks like my items will be with me tomorrow thats what you call outstanding service will be placing another order during the week thank you vicky

Ordered a new rod at the weekend which was delivered promptly. Didn’t check it properly and took labels off. A bit later noticed 3rd eye was distorted and lining missing. Rang Veals and spoke to Vicky, within a short time called back, replacement rod on its way, no arguments! Rod arrived next day, damaged one collected. 5* customer service, it is not how good a company is when all is well, it is how good they are when things aren’t quite right that sets them apart. Thanks to Vicky and the team at Veals
