Adam was treating my long term shoulder and neck pain and it was my first time trying osteopathy but wow. Only 1 session my right shoulder pain which I had for years is completely gone and I’m not even exaggerating. It’s been 4 days and I’m still pain free on the right hand side ☺️ Feels much more flexible. He is very niceeeeeee and very skilful Will come back and see Adam again to fix the rest of my body .

He guides you through a detailed postural analysis followed by the appropriate treatment with a step by step guide of what he is doing and why. The level of attention is incredible.
