Food is absolutely delicious. The 1 star is for the unreasonably long queues when ordering food from Vausages at Vegan food festivals. I've had the pleasure off attending 3 vegan festival's where Vausages have had a food stand. All 3 times the stall has been understaffed. You can allow for delays once or twice but on all 3 occasions is awful. Especially when during the vegan food stalls weather isn't always the greatest and having to wait easily, over an hour for hot dogs and fries is unreasonable. I opted for Vausages at the last food stall at Wolverhampton, by default given the other hot food stalls had ran out of food. Unless, they have more stsff on hand and get the food out withon a reasonable time scale, this is the last time ordering from here at a vegan festival. It's a shame because the food itself is quite delicious.

We had hot dogs and fries made by these folks at the Vegan Market in Lichfield Food was so tasty. We tried the Mexican chorizo style which had beans, Guacamole and nachos and the British Classic hot dog with fried onions, mushroom and melted cheeze The vegan sausages these guys make taste better than the meat ones The texture. The flavours coming from these hotdogs were just so yummm

Wow, first time eating from Vausages today, overall experience was brilliant! We shared the following: Zalmon an Chive bagel Hash browns Full English hotdog Eggs Benedict Bacon and Biscoff pancake The Zalmon bagel was fantastic! Very impressed! Best fake Salmon I've had yet! Hash browns were perfectly done and well salted. Full English hotdog was really nice, the Cumberland sausage was a little soft and mushy inside but otherwise very tasty. Nice mushrooms, bacon etc 😋 Eggs Benedict... WOW! REALLY really really good!!!! Bacon and Biscoff pancakes, nice, light, fluffy. Would have enjoyed them more with some maple syrup ☺️ All in all, I am cradling a food baby! Thank you guys!!

Took my family for lunch at the Stafford pop up. I am vegan, they are mostly vegetarians and one meat eater. We all thoroughly enjoyed it! Good selection of choices, very generous portions, but best of all it was delicious! Excellent, friendly service. We all had puddings to go, because we couldn’t have eaten another thing after the mains! Great to see a good selection of GF meals too 👍 We will definitely be going back again. My daughter, the meat eater, wants to go back for her birthday, she loved it. I would recommend Vausages very highly 😋 Thanks guys, I hope you get your own place soon…….you will have regular customers from this family!

Absolutely brilliant food and service! They had a pop up couple of days in Stafford and the food was great, you can rarely find good, unique vegan food around Stafford, most of it is very lazy and just a second thought, but this place have obviously put a lot of thought, time and effort into their menu and it's absolutely delicious! Thanks very much for a great lunch.
