I had my flu vaccination at Rowlands Pharmacy on 20th October 2022. The staff were obviously very busy and the pharmacist was in demand. I wasn’t surprised by this as I have never seen the car park so full. I got seen by a member of staff almost immediately and she filled out the form for my vaccination then asked me to take a seat and the pharmacist would call me when it was my turn. I heard some talking through the side door where the flu vaccinations were being given so prepared myself for a wait. I was called in to the pharmacist after the patient had had their flu vaccination. This was extremely quick, especially during covid and flu vaccinations. The pharmacist was lovely, very polite, friendly and professional. Thank you to all I dealt with yesterday, especially the pharmacist. My brother is a pharmacist and I know how busy they get especially at this time of year. Your hard work to keep us safe is greatly appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant efficient and friendly customer service. The young lady who served us on Sunday was so helpful and very kindly resolved an issue with our prescriptions which was due to misinformation from the surgery. I was also offered my flu jab which didn't need an appointment, it was done there and then. Fabulous 🌹
