Having looked around all the usual chains and a few custom shops around the local area, we stumbled into Varoshe and opened with the line "we have no idea what we want". Clare patiently and expertly guided us through ring choices, designs, metals...and our own indecisiveness. Throughout the whole process, she exuded a warmth, humour and a genuine care for our wedding day that shone through. Even when minor issues around the final design arose, Clare made amendments and kept us updated without any fuss or objection. We felt like we could absolutely trust her with such an important aspect of our marriage, and in the end we were crafted two beautiful wedding rings which were absolutely perfect. After nearly 36 years of marriage, my 9ct gold wedding ring had lost all its original basic engraving and was looking very ‘tired’. I found Varoshe Bespoke Jewellery via Google and, upon reading its excellent reviews, I sent a quick enquiry email. Right from the get-go Clare was super helpful. I emailed her a picture of a flower design I liked and she reassured me that what I wanted was possible. I gave permission for my original ring to be melted down and for more gold to be added. Clare kept me updated at every stage via email and after only 3 visits to her shop in West Malling and in just 8 weeks, I collected my ‘new’ revamped wedding ring.
